8 Week Summer Shred
What Is It?
The 8 Week Summer Shred is a group fat loss program designed to help you transform your body and get you looking the best you can in just 8 short weeks.
You will be guided through the exact steps needed to transform your body.
You will know exactly what you have to do in the gym, the kitchen and everywhere in between.
You will be left in no doubt about what you have to do to succeed.
Who Is It For?
If any of these things describe you, this course will be of huge benefit:
You have some gym experience but are by no means an expert
You've been trying your hardest but have never seen any real change in your physique.
You're often confused about what to do when it comes to diet and/or training.
You are looking to genuinely make some progress in the next 8 weeks and are excited to get to work.
How Does It Work?
You will be given 8 weeks of workouts to complete.
They are divided into an 8 week beginner plan and an 8 week intermediate plan.
You will be given clear guidance on how to perform everything contained in your plan.
Whichever program you follow it will progress as you work through it, gradually increasing in difficulty to ensure results.
You will need to record and beat your workouts each week and strive to get better each time.
You need to be prepared to be an ass kicking gym hero once you've finished.
Personal Nutrition Plan
You will receive customised calorie and macronutrient targets to hit each day that are key to dropping body fat and feeling confident.
You will be provided with recipe packs and meal templates to work from as needed.
You will use a spreadsheet that tracks and adjusts your caloric needs as you lose weight to make sure you strip as much fat as possible.
You must be willing to record your food intake during this process.
You will be expected to work towards improving yourself and I will give you all the support I possibly can to help you do this.
Weekly Check In & Accountability
We have a Weekly Live Q&A Check In on Facebook, that is usually at 9am on a Saturday morning.
This allows me the time to answer any questions you have in detail, as well as having some fun and getting to know you all better.
After the lIve Q&A we have our weekly check in where you will share your journey with each other.
We check weekly and total loss in scale weight and inches.
We do this to help spur each other on, provide accountability and to support the team and yourself.
We will also come up with strategies to help if you find yourself struggling.
This is your space and your team.
You have access to a private Facebook group that is just for you and the 8 Week Summer Shred members.
Each day you will receive a motivational and thoughtful post to keep this at the forefront of your mind.
I encourage you to post in here as often as you want, one of the best things about group coaching is the community it fosters.
It makes me proud to know how many people who started in these groups carry on after they've finished.
You will receive several emails a week that will teach you everything you need to know about diet and training successfully over the long haul.
With diet, you will learn about the basics of calorie intake all the way through to some more advanced concepts like fasting and carb cycling, without feeling confused about the seemingly conflicting information out there.
And with training, you will learn why we use the number of sets and reps we do, how much weight you need to use and how cardio fits into a weight loss plan.
You will end up knowing more than most personal trainers do by the end of this course!
What Do You Need To Do?
You must commit to 4 workouts (gym or home) per week as a minimum
You must track your food intake on My Fitness Pal
You must commit to getting in at least 10,000 steps per day
You must check in each week in our Facebook group
You must send progress pictures to me every week
You must feel ready to change
And one last thing:
You must not expect yourself to be perfect.
You are going to make mistakes along the way, this is a process after all.
But the only way mistakes prove to be fatal is if you give up when you make them or fail to learn the lessons they teach us.
I expect effort and honesty not perfection.
