You will have clear training plans to perform each week, with home workout options for days that you may not be able to make the gym.

Your nutritional needs will be calculated and tailored to your age, height, weight, gender, body fat and activity level.

You will have access to meal templates and recipe packs to help guide your choices so that you know exactly what to do.

You will receive an educational email series geared towards improving your knowledge of how this all works and why I recommend what I do.

You will be part of a private Facebook group where we’ll motivate each other daily, share successes, brainstorm ideas if you’re struggling and be your own personal support group.
